  • How many people can stand on the platform?
    Our platform accommodates 4-6 people standing back to back, with a maximum weight capacity of 660-770 lbs. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we recommend coordinating within your group. This ensures ample space for each person to strike a pose and create unforgettable moments during their time on the platform.
  • How much space do you need and what are the requirements?
    To achieve the best results and capture full-body shots, it's ideal to allocate a space of at least 13ft x 13ft for the setup of our 360 Photo Booth. However, recognizing varying venue sizes, a minimum space of 10ft x 10ft is acceptable. Ensure there are electrical outlets within 50ft for both the 360 Photo Booth and any additional equipment (15 amps of electricity required). If placed outdoors, please ensure a flat and level surface.

    The 360 photo booth captures videos from multiple angles to create an immersive and dynamic experience. Here's how it generally works: 1. Step onto the Booth platform and prepare for the fun to begin! Our Event Attendant signals the start, triggered by a remote button or automated timer. 2. Shooting: Express yourself! Strike a pose, dance, throw confetti – whatever you desire. The rotating arm captures dynamic video from multiple angles simultaneously. 3. Processing: After shooting, our unique software processes the footage instantly. The playback-ready content awaits. Wait for the arm to stop completely before exiting. 4. Sharing: View the footage on a screen or connected device, selecting your preferred method to receive the video. 5. Have a blast and enjoy your incredible video experience!
  • How do I pay for the rental?
    Two days before your rental, we'll send you an invoice via email or text. You can conveniently pay with a credit card or debit card. Alternatively, we also accept cash or check upon dumpster drop-off. Ensure payment is settled by the time we deliver the dumpster.
  • Do you keep your dumpsters clean?
    We do! Weather permitting, we ensure that our dumpsters are thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Our commitment is to provide clean and odor-free dumpsters, ensuring a positive rental experience on every occasion.
  • How Much Is Junk Removal?
    Our junk removal prices start as low as $85 per item, offering one of the most cost-effective solutions for decluttering your home or office. Your final price may be subject to the following variables: • The type of items you want us to remove. • The number of items you want us to remove. • Whether we’re picking up your items at the curb or removing them from inside your building. • The number of flights of stairs our contractors must navigate during removal. • Whether or not your items require disassembly before we can remove them.
  • Do you offer discounts or specials on your dumpster rentals?
    YES! We always provide a weekend special for our valued customers. Renting a dumpster from Saturday morning to Monday morning qualifies for the 24-hour rate, effectively giving you two days for the price of one.
  • Can you take yard waste?
    Certainly, we accept yard waste. However, please ensure that the trailer exclusively contains yard waste and is not mixed with household waste. The trees' maximum diameter should be 10 inches, and their length should not exceed 5 feet. Additionally, please refrain from including concrete, dirt, or gravel in the mix.
  • How do I rent a dumpster?
    Very simple. Just reach out via call, text, or email, and we'll collaborate with you to identify the ideal dumpster size for your project.
  • Does In-Home Junk Removal Cost Extra?
    Our contractors are more than willing to disassemble and clear items from your premises, we are excited to offer a cost-effective curbside pickup option. Opting for in-home junk removal entails additional charges for the disassembly of items and navigating staircases. To maximize your cost savings on junk removal, consider placing your items outside your door, allowing us to efficiently collect and transport them away.
  • How much lead time should we plan on to rent a dumpster?
    We recommend securing your booking at least one week prior to your project. However, we understand the need for flexibility, and we often have dumpsters available for next-day delivery. Feel free to contact us to inquire about current availability.
  • Do I need to worry about the dump trailer being stolen from my property?
    We secure our trailers with a lock on the hitch to stop anyone from driving away with the trailer. It's important to note that all our trailers are insured, eliminating any liability for the customer in case of unforeseen incidents. Rest assured, we take meticulous precautions to minimize the likelihood of such events occurring.
